A training in the Voice Dialogue Method with
Miriam Dyak, Author of The Voice Dialogue Facilitator’s Handbook
and Cassandra Cosme, Voice Dialogue facilitator and Delos, Inc. staff member

If you are in the counseling, coaching, health care or personal growth fields and wish you could help your clients get out of old resistant patterns and be able to fully receive and enjoy the gifts of their life and relationships, our training in the Voice Dialogue method offers an inspired, creative, fun, unique and reliable way to do that.

With the Voice Dialogue process every aspect of personality is a useful resource for growth and change. An understanding of Voice Dialogue energetics, what’s going on behind ordinary communication, can support your own training and expertise while bringing new inspiration, creativity and skill to your work. “How do I communicate well in relationship?” “How do I find balance in my life?” “How do I stop sabotaging myself?” “How do I effectively put myself out in the world?” These are just a few of the familiar questions we hear in attempting to help people achieve health, consistency and success in all aspects of their lives. The Voice Dialogue method offers practical and profound ways of assisting people in recognizing their often conflicting inner selves and developing an entirely new place of creative balance in the midst of their conflict and stress.

This is a “hands on” training where you can expect to learn the fundamentals of Voice Dialogue facilitation through group discussion, demonstration, practice sessions and energetic exercises. (Exercises and practice are supervised by trained staff. Audio tapes and textbook are required. Private sessions outside class time are encouraged.) The training is designed for the professional who would like to integrate Voice Dialogue theory, skill, and practice with their own training and experience, as well as for the student who would like to become a Voice Dialogue facilitator. Lay people who would like to use this method for peer facilitation are also welcome.

“It’s so magnificent to have a tool that is so deeply respectful of people’s process. This is the first work I’ve found to consistently come back to that place of honor. That’s the thread that runs through the work - a deep respect and reverence for the potential within every person. Elizabeth Katy Brant, MA, Psych.

“Miriam Dyak’s ‘Voice Dialogue Facilitator’s Handbook’ captures the soul of Voice Dialogue facilitation. She is an extremely articulate, enthusiastic woman of great creativity. We are delighted to recommend her work.” Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone, originators of the Voice Dialogue method.

Professionals talk about the Voice Dialogue method and their experience of the Facilitator’s Training with Miriam Dyak:

“Miriam Dyak is so available. In her class I felt she could see underneath questions and answer the heart of the question. This frees students to actually learn and bypasses all that stuff about having to know. Dianne Braden, Jungian Analyst and Voice Dialogue facilitator

“This training was so well organized, well thought out – every single piece of it. The book is like that too, it’s just so thorough! I’ve had questions as I’ve worked with clients and I could literally look it up in the book and find the answer.” Joan Oncken, LMFT

“Miriam brought the energetic component of Voice Dialogue facilitation down to a practical, tangible and implementable level that was easy to immediately integrate into my work with clients. I also loved the three weekend format - it enabled me to practice in between sessions and solidify what I’d learned in between trainings, and come back ready to embark on the next level.” Bonnie Winkler, Voice Dialogue facilitator and teacher.

“As a business and sales coach, I find that Miriam’s training has spawned creative ideas on how to help people move out of either/or thinking and more easily adopt new, more balanced perspectives, leading to a greater choice of behaviors.”
Pam Champagne, Master Certified Coach
